Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner prays for transfer on special ground since she has lost her husband.

However, it has been submitted by Dr.

Patra, learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission that the petitioner was appointed on being selected as a successful candidate in 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Classes IX & X).

It is also submitted that the entire selection process of 1st SLST 2016 (Classes IX & X and XI & XII) has been set aside by the Hon'ble Division Bench and the issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

In view of pendency of the issue before the Hon'ble Supreme Court no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law for transfer in future if situation so arises.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
