It appears from the records annexed to the writ petition that for redressal of grievance raised in this writ petition, the petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent authority concerned on 17th June, 2023, being Annexure - P-3 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions, this writ petition being WPA 20075 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.5 to consider and dispose of the

aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives, within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to intimate such order to be passed by the respondent concerned to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of passing such order.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the claim of the petitioner and the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
