Let the information slip filed in Court, be kept with the record. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner also submits that since the main suit has already been dismissed for non-prosecution, the present revision application has become infructuous. Therefore, he prays that the present revisional application may also be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the revisional application being C.O. 2282 of 2021 is dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.

Connected application, if any, also stands dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
