The writ petition is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner and the West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Matter relates to transfer of the petitioner on medical ground.

However, on medical verification the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Diamond Harbour Health District on 16th August, 2022 has certified against the transfer of the petitioner.

Since this medical certificate dated 16th August, 2022 is not under challenge in this writ petition, learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is willing to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law relating to transfer of the petitioner.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
