The learned advocate submits that upon perusal of the documents in the writ petition, he has advised his client to withdraw the present writ petition and to move the appropriate authority for necessary relief. Be it recorded that an issue of maintainability of the writ petition before this Court was raised by the respondents.

As the petitioner submits that he has already advised his client to approach the appropriate authority, accordingly, the instant writ petition be treated as 'withdrawn'.

The petitioner will be at liberty to approach before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if so advised.
