Mr. Roy, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence this application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed. He submits that an appeal lies against the impugned judgment and order.

He prays for leave to withdraw this revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate, C.O. 3160 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner is permitted to take back the original certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with a Photostat copy thereof.
