The writ petitioner complains that her younger son and his wife are preventing her from accessing the first floor of the premises where she has a room. Counsel for the respondent No. 5 & 6/younger son and his wife submits that such access has never been prevented. The main door of the house is, however, locked during night for security purposes. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the private respondents, the petitioner may access the first floor freely at any point of time without hindrance. In the event of any obstruction to access the first floor, the O. C., Haridevpur Police Station shall immediately intervene and remove any padlock or obstruction that may prevent the petitioner from accessing the first floor. The parties shall live in peace and shall not disturb each other.

The private respondents shall ensure that the petitioner's needs are taken care of. The main door shall also be allowed for access in case of any medical emergency of the petitioner.

The report of the Haridevpur Police Station dated 08.09.2022 is taken on record.

With the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
