Apprehending arrest in connection with Chakulia Police Station Case No.281 of 2020 dated 15.09.2020 under Sections 448/323/325/354/302/427/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, the petitioners have filed the present application. Having heard learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials in the case diary, including the injury reports and bearing in mind the nature of accusations in the light of the submissions made by the respective parties and in view of the fact that investigation is still continuing, we are not inclined to exercise any discretion in their favour. As such, their prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM 8908 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
