Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the order termination of his service by the board of the society concerned vide order dated 31st August, 2022 being Annexure P-4 to the writ petition on the allegation of appointment of the petitioner being illegal. By the said intimation order, it appears that petitioner has been asked to move before the general body in accordance with law if he is so aggrieved by such order.

Without going into the merit of the legality of termination, this writ petition being WPA No.20432 of

2022 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate representation before the general body within four weeks from date and if such representation is made by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the same shall be considered by the board in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

It is clarified that this Court has not gone into the merit of the impugned termination order and the legality of the same shall be considered by the general body strictly in accordance with law.
