Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner has filed this contempt application against the alleged violation of the order of this court dated 15th September, 2022. Petitioner submits that as per the aforesaid order of the court, Board was directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner against the alleged illegal termination of the petitioner by giving opportunity of personal hearing. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner further submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this court dated 15th September, 2022, the alleged contemnor/Board has passed an order rejecting his representation by not complying with part of the order of this court by which the alleged contemnor was
asked to give personal hearing to the petitioner and he also submits that challenging the aforesaid order passed by the Board in compliance of the order of this court dated 15th September, 2022, he has filed a fresh writ petition being WPA 5497 of 2023.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case let both the aforesaid writ petitions being WPA 20432 of 2022 and WPA 5497 of 2023 along with the contempt application being CPAN 301 of 2023 and CAN 1 of 2023 be listed and heard together on 12th May, 2023.
