Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner threw acid on his father-in-law. Medical evidence corroborates the allegation. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merit. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
