Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that, the petitioners were by-standers and they were falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr. P. C.). Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident as appearing from the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P. C., we are unable to grant bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM 8911 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Bibhas Ranjan De, J.)
