He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the minor victim implicating the petitioner in the alleged offence. Statements of witnesses show minor victim was sexually violated by the petitioner. Subsequently she committed suicide.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
