Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the suit for eviction was filed against the petitioner and in that case applications under Sections 7(1) and 7(2) of the West Bengal Premises Tenancy Act, 1997 was refused by the learned Trial Court and being aggrieved, the petitioner preferred a revisional application before this Court, being CO 1658 of 2024. 3.

Given facts and circumstances, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner inclines to withdraw this revisional application preferred against the order passed by the Rent Controller, Arambagh in connection with the proceeding in HRC VIII/04/2021-2022. 4.

Thus, being the position, the instant revisional application stands dismissed as withdrawn.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
