The instant revisional application has been filed being aggrieved by the judgment and order dated 31.5.2011 passed by the learned CJM, Nadia in MR Case 165 (N)/2010 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

Perused the contentions in the revisional application as well as the impugned order and the annexed documents. The reasoning of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nadia in disposing of the aforesaid MR Case is justified and does not suffer from any illegality and impropriety and as such the court is not inclined to interfere with the same. Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information. ( Ananya Bandyopadhyay,J. )
