The writ petitioner complains that notwithstanding the order dated 18.11.2021 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Diamond Harbour in T. S. No. 275 of 2021, Raidighi Police Station has not taken any steps.

In that view of the matter, this Court directs the Officer-in-Charge, Raidighi Police Station to strict comply with the order of the Civil Court and render all assistance in enforcing the order dated 7th October, 2021 passed by the same court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
