Mr. Abhirup Chakraborty Mr. Tuhin Ganguli ... for the CBSE The writ petition is taken up for consideration when it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in spite of making an effort to obtain instructions from the school authority till date no instruction has been forwarded.

Learned advocate representing the Central Board of Secondary Education being the principal respondents submits that the school has already been granted affiliation for the period from 1st April, 2020 till 31st March, 2023. Therefore it has also been contended on behalf of the respondents that withdrawal of provisional recognition which was granted in the year 2013 is of no significance. In view of the submission made on behalf of the Central Board of Secondary Education authorities it appears that nothing remains to be decided on this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.

Copies of the documents relating to grant of general affiliation in favour of the petitioners' school which are placed before this Court are taken on record.
