Bhaduri ....for the BSNL After hearing learned counsel, the claim of the petitioner relates to enhanced rent to be paid by BSNL, which is a tenant in the petitioner's building. Learned counsel appearing for the BSNL hands up a document of 11th July, 2022 showing that the rent has been partially enhanced and the enhanced amount has already been paid to the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the document does not explain the period for which the rent has been enhanced. WPA 19335 of 2018 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent No. 4 being the Sub Divisional Engineer (Building), BSNL or an authorized officer to meet the petitioner and clarify the document which has been handed up to the Court today. The said respondent shall also consider any other claim made by the petitioner within a period of six weeks from date. The petitioner will be at liberty of being represented by his son or any other family members. (Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
