Sk Sajahan v. Afraja Begum
08.01.2024 SR CRR 3337 of 2011 In the matter of : Sk. Sajahan.
.... for the petitioner.
The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, required to be disposed of. None appears for the parties.
The instant revisional application has been filed against an order dated 25.05.2011 passed by the learned ACJM, Bishnupur at Bankura in Misc. Case No.62/09 under Section 125 of CR.P.C. whereby the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- per month to the opposite party and Rs.1,000/- per month for his minor son till he attained majority.
Perused the contentions of the petitioner, the complaint and the evidence recorded in Misc. Case No.62/09 I am of the opinion that marriage between the parties is not disputed. The parent age of the minor son is also not disputed. The petitioner has sufficient means to provide maintenance as aforesaid, which is a meager amount and as such, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application being CRR 3337 of 2011 is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
