The petitioner has prayed for release of performance related pay for the period from April 1, 2007 to October 31, 2007. The respondent no.4, i.e. Eastern Coalfields Limited in its report filed in the form of an affidavit has annexed a calculation sheet, wherefrom it appears that a sum of Rs.48,298.91 is due to the petitioner on account of performance related pay for the aforementioned period. Such amount is also not disputed by the petitioner. The learned advocate for the respondent no.4 submitted that the petitioner be directed to furnish the particulars of his bank account so that the said amount may be paid to him through the said bank account. The learned advocate for the petitioner has supplied the particulars of the bank account of the petitioner to the learned advocate for the respondent no.4.

State Bank of India, Sanctoria Branch, P.O.- Dissergarh being savings bank account no.11431523702 and CIF No.81169095385.
The account details furnished by the learned advocate for the petitioner in Court today is taken on record.
The Eastern Coalfields Limited, being the added respondent herein, is directed to pay the aforesaid amount to the petitioner through the aforesaid bank account positively on or before January 4, 2023. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
