For the State It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has instructions not to proceed with the writ petition any further as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed by the National Green Tribunal which has directed stay of environmental compensation demanded by the concerned Authority from the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

There shall be no order as to costs.
