1. This writ petition is premature. The same has been filed on August 26, 2025 alleging inaction in consideration of a representation made before the respondent no.2 on August 11, 2025.

2. Since this is a premature writ petition, no mandatory order can be passed on the writ petition. WPA 20136 of 2025 stands disposed of with the above observations. However, the respondent no.2 shall be free to take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law.

3. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
