11.7.2023 Ct. 236 SB C.O. 3217 of 2000 In the matter of : Sri Falguni Chakraborty None is appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Matter was dismissed for default on 31.10.2000 and it was not restored to its original file though an application was filed for recalling of the order. After 23 years since filing of the application I do not find any reason to restore the application suo moto.

CAN 10604 of 2000 also dismissed for default with cost of Rs.5,000/- .
