1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directly implicate the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.

3. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. .
