It is also submitted that he has been falsely implicated. Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

2. Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. He struck the victim on the throat and caused serious injuries. Intention of the petitioner in causing injuries which are liable to cause death is evident. Accordingly, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
