Despite service, none appears on behalf of the respondents.

This Court finds that the writ petition has not been filed with proper Court fees and the deficit Court fees are payable herein. Leave is given to the learned counsel for the petitioners to pay the deficit Court fees within the course of the day, in default thereof the present writ petition shall stand dismissed. The petitioners have applied for the post of Accredited Social Health Activist (in short "ASHA") Karmee. The petitioners' grievances that despite their names appearing in the list of selected candidates published on or about May 13, 2013 no panel including their names have been prepared and no appointment till date was given to them.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that representations

have been made on April 25, 2022 and also on May 19, 2022 by the petitioners, but the same have not been considered by the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Purulia or the Block Medical Officer of Health, Kashipur, Purulia, till date.

In the circumstances, this Court directs the respondent no.2 to considered the representations of the petitioners upon giving a personal hearing to them and dispose of their representations within 8 weeks from date. The said representations are to be disposed of with a reasoned order. Such reasoned order shall be communicated within 2 weeks of passing thereof.

Since no affidavits have been invited in the present writ petition, all the allegations contained therein are deemed not to have been admitted. With the directions aforesaid, the writ petition, being WPA 20465 of 2022, is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Hon'ble Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
