Six petitioners have filed the instant writ petition claiming to be retired staff of Secondary Schools and High Madrasahs. They allege that there are certain dues which are payable by the State respondents. A representation was made by the petitioners and the petitioners allege that the same is kept pending.

Learned advocate representing the State respondents has obtained instruction from the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad wherefrom it appears that the District Inspector of Schools sought for the necessary documents from the Teacher-inCharge of the Bhagawangola New Integrated Government School to verify the claim of the petitioners.

As the school is not a party in the instant writ petition, it cannot be ascertained as to whether the school forwarded the papers to the District Inspector of Schools, as sought for.

As it appears that the claim of the petitioners is still pending consideration, accordingly, the District Inspector of Schools (Secondary Education), Murshidabad is directed to call for the records from the school and if the same is not made available by the school, then the District Inspector of Schools shall send a representative to the school to verify the records. If it appears that any amount is due and payable to the petitioners, necessary steps shall be taken to disburse the same in accordance with law.

The Teacher-in-Charge of the subject school is directed to render all necessary help and cooperation to the District Inspector of Schools for implementation of the order passed hereinabove. 6.
The District Inspector of Schools shall pass a reasoned order in the matter and communicate the same to the petitioners at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The receipt showing deposit of deficit court fees filed in Court be retained with the records.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
9.
All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
10. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
