Nandy, Learned Counsel, appears in support of the Contempt Application being CPAN 42 of 2021.

The Contempt Application arises out of the order of the Hon'ble Single Bench in the writ petition dated the 10th of December, 2019.

Ms. Nandy alleges deliberate contumacious conduct on behalf of the alleged contemnor who, this Court finds from the away of parties to the Contempt Application, to be the Commissioner of the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation (BMC).

Having heard Ms. Nandy and perusing the materials placed, this Court is of the view that at this stage a copy of the Contempt Application be served on Mr. Debabrata Saha Roy, Learned Counsel, who, this

Court is informed, is empanelled to appear on behalf of the BMC.

Let a copy of the writ petition with connected documents be also served on Mr. Saha Roy for the benefit of assisting this Court with complete instructions on the next date.

Let the matter next appear under the same heading "Applications (Contempt)" on the 4th of March, 2021.
