The petitioner has complained to the Superintendent of Police, Paschim Medinipur, on 16th June 2021, that the private respondents are obstructing public road, which has the effect of blocking free ingress and egress into his property.

This Court sees that the dispute is purely civil in nature, and there is no police inaction.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
