Heard the submission of both the learned Advocates. 3.

This is an application for renewal of his prayer since bail application was earlier rejected. The petitioner is in custody for 9 months 15 days. The trial has been progressed substantially and the next date is fixed for evidence of CSW 13 and 14, that is the police personnel, on 1st December, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the de facto complainant that the present petitioner is the civic volunteer and his influence over the police station cannot be ignored.

At this stage, considering the period of detention and that the trial is on the verge of completion Court is of the view that the prayer of the petitioner be allowed, hence, the application for bail is allowed subject to stringent condition.

Accordingly, the petitioner, namely, Ali Mohammad Aby Sayed @ Kochi @ Ali Mohammad Abu Said @ Ali Md Abu Sayeed @ Ali Mahammad Said @ Kachi, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad.

The petitioner will not enter into the jurisdiction of Raghunathganj police station and he will provide residential address and mobile number to the concerned local police station and should be available as and when required by the police authorities.

The petitioner shall appear before the learned trial Court on each and every date of hearing until further orders . 9.

The petitioner shall not intimidate or try to threat witnesses and the victim, and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.

In the event the petitioner fails to comply with any of the conditions stipulated above, the trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail in accordance with law without further reference to this Court.

The application for bail is, thus, disposed of. 12.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
