It is submitted they are not the principal accused. They pray for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioners had absconded for more than a decade. We have considered the materials on record. Case involves trafficking of a minor girl beyond the State of West Bengal. Keeping in mind the gravity of offence and the conduct of the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to them at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
