It appears from record that against the grievance raised in this writ petition petitioner has already made a representation before the respondent bank authority concerned on 3rd July, 2022 and details of the grievance would appear from the said representation.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent bank submits that the representation of the petitioner could not be considered and disposed of due to non submission of some documents which were asked to the petitioner to submit by the letter dated 8th July, 2022 which according to the petitioner has not been furnished to him.

Let a copy of such letter dated 8th July, 2022 be served upon the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA No. 20486 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent bank authority concerned/respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to compliance of the aforesaid letter of the bank dated 8th July, 2022 by the petitioner.
