Learned counsel claiming to be the erstwhile advocate of the petitioners objects to the prayer for not pressing the application on the ground that professional fees of several advocates had remained pending on the part of the petitioners. Learned counsel representing the petitioner at present submits that the petitioners would not like to press this application.

Non-payment of dues or arrears of professional fees cannot stand in the way of the petitioners praying for not pressing the application.

On the prayer of the learned counsel representing the petitioners at present, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
