1. This matter has come at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner for correction of the order dated 29.08.2024.

2. It appears that in fourth line of fourth paragraph the word "local" has been inadvertently typed as "legal". It should read as "local". In the last sentence of the same paragraph instead of "Learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Paschim Medinipore" it has been inadvertently mentioned as "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai, Purba Medinipur".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 29.08. 2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. The other portion of the order dated 29.8.2024 shall remain unaltered.

6. In view of the aforesaid correction, time to appear before the Jurisdictional Court is extended for two weeks from today.

7. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
