Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent passport authority concerned in considering the petitioner's representation dated 11th August, 2022 which according to him is still pending. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petition being WPA No. 20488 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 11th August, 2022 being annexure P/7 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested parties

within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
