Contempt application is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the applicant and alleged contemnor.

In view of dismissal of the appeal being MAT 1778 of 2025 by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide judgment dated 11th December, 2025 Headmaster of Jara High School, Paschim Medinipur being the alleged contemnor is directed to forward pension papers in terms of the order dated 22nd September, 2025 passed by this Court on the writ petition by 48 hours.

Alleged contemnor is also directed to file affidavitof-compliance by ten days thereafter. 4.
