Sufficient grounds being made out, the application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is allowed. The order dated 25th March, 2025 is set aside. The application being CRAN 1 of 2025 is restored to its original file and number.

Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 The petitioner seeks relaxation of conditions of bail imposed upon him in granting anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the State seeks to take instruction in this regard.
