Learned advocate for the State respondents submits that the police authorities have already taken steps during the pendency of this writ petition. Thus, the allegation of police inaction does not survive.

The police authorities shall continue with the investigation in a free, fair and proper manner, so that the truth is unearthed.

Bharatpur Police Station Case No, 309 of 2021 dated December 1, under Sections 341/325/354B/506 of the Indian Penal Code shall be reached to its logical conclusion, in accordance with law.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
