No. 29 KAUSHIK REJECTED C.R.M.(A) 4333 of 2022 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Hanskhali Police Station FIR No. 319 of 2021 dated 10.05.2021 under Sections 341/307/286/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 3/ 4 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

And In Re : Bablu Biswas ...... petitioner Ms. Sananda Bhattacharya ....for the petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Pramanick ....for the State The injured statement implicates the petitioner in the hurling of bombs. The injured suffered bomb blast injuries. In view of the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4333 of 2022 is dismissed.
