The present writ petition has been preferred praying for disbursement of arrear salaries.

Mr. Mondal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the arrear claim of the petitioners was unnecessarily withheld though the allotment towards such claim was made by the respondent no.2 way back in the year 2013, as would be explicit from the memo dated 23rd February, 2015, issued by the respondent no.3. Mr. Singh, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the arrear salaries of the petitioners have been credited to their respective bank accounts. The documents in support of such contention, as produced, be kept on record.

In view thereof, as the arrear claim has been disbursed, no further order is required to be

passed in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.

The issue of interest is not considered by this Court.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
