For the Secondary Board ,, This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in considering his representation. Ms.

Koyeli Bhattacharya, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Secondary Board submits that the representation has not been made in a proper format and accordingly, is required to make a proper format so that it may be considered.

In light of the above, the writ petitioner is directed to make his application in a prescribed format and upon such application is being made, the Secondary Board is directed to consider the same in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of making such application.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit-in-opposition is called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
