Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submission that against my order dated 25th November, 2021 appeal and application were filed by the State respondents being MAT 1328 of 2021 with I.A. No.CAN 1 of 2021 and the appeal court has been pleased to dispose of the aforesaid appeal and connected application by passing the order partially modifying my aforesaid order dated 25th November, 2021.

Considering these facts, no further order is required to be passed in this contempt application and parties will act in compliance of the aforesaid order of the appeal court.

Accordingly, this contempt application being CPAN 1061 of 2021 stands disposed of by dropping this contempt proceeding.
