By an order dated 1st September, 2025 this court legible directed the petitioner to produce legible copy of pages 40 and 41 of the writ petition and case is adjourned till 3rd November, 2022, Today, when the matter is called and none appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is sought for. It is find from the record that even the order dated 1st September, 2025 has not been complied with. In view of the above WPA 20772 of 2024 is dismissed for default.
