Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with record.

Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner claims that the private respondents are trying to encroach upon the property of the petitioner and when resisted they are being threatened by the private respondents. To that effect, information was submitted before the local police station on or about 29.07.2025, but the local police station did not render any assistance. As such, the petitioner was compelled to approach this Court.

Learned Advocate for the State has submitted a report, report reflects that a longstanding land dispute is continuing for a considerable period of time. An enquiry was conducted on the written

representation made by the petitioner and a proceeding has been drawn under Section 126 of the BNSS, 2023.

Having considered the nature of dispute complained of by the petitioner, I direct the police authorities to keep a surveillance and ensure that interference be made in case of any violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 20107 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report be submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the reported be handed over to both the parties.

8.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
