In the 3rd paragraph of 1st page of the order, "CAN No. 15 of 2023" be read as "CPAN No. 15 of 2023". The Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction accordingly.

Let this order be treated as a part of the order dated 27th March, 2023.

The remaining portion of the order shall remain unaltered.
