1. In the earlier order dated 28.08.2024, there is an inadvertent error as the name of the counsel for the State has been mentioned as the counsel for the petitioner.

2. The name of the counsel of the petitioner was not mentioned.

3. The name of the appearing counsel should be corrected in the order dated 28.08.2024.

4. The server copy shall be corrected accordingly.

5. Considering the materials available in the case diary and having regard to the role ascribed to the petitioner as appearing from the statements of the brother and the nephew of the victim which implicate the petitioner as well, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

7. The affidavit-of-service is kept with the record.
