After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, W.P.A.20501 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no.4 being the SubDivisional Officer, Egra, Purba Medinipur to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 23rd August, 2022 within 24 hours from the time when the order is dictated in court. The concerned respondent shall inform the decision taken within 24 hours from today to the petitioner and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner shall be at liberty of meeting the Sub-Divisional Officer, Egra by tomorrow i.e. 27th September, 2022 at 12 noon. The petitioner shall be at liberty of communicating the order as dictated in open court.
