Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Petitioner being a private tutor had raped the minor. As a result, she committed suicide.

In view of the gravity of offence and the materials on record implicating the petitioner therein we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
