The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher of the subject Bengali(Pass) at Krishnanagar Yajneswar Vidyapith, Nandigram, District - Purba Medinipur, she applied for general transfer through 'Utsashree Portal' on the ground that she is suffering from gynecological disorders, her such application is rejected from the end of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 5 herein on the ground that the petitioner is the single teacher of the subject in the school.

Mr. Ray, learned advocate for the petitioner strenuously argues that the ground of rejection is not sustainable. Be that as it may, the 'Utsashree Portal' is now under suspension, as such the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer cannot be considered at this stage W.P.A. 20506 of 2022 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
