The petitioner is a handicapped candidate who filed one application after another for transfer from her present school to other school. All applications have been returned on different grounds. Challenging this the petitioner has come before this Court. The last application came back to the petitioner on 13th November, 2021 from the District Inspector of Schools as it was sent back by the School Service Commission as there was no vacancy in the preferred schools.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application giving new preferred school from the 'Utsashree Portal' and according to the advice, if any, that will be given to him.

This Court does not interfere in this matter any further.

The writ application is disposed of.
